The factory for production of Danogyps fillers and KNAUF dry mixes (is a division of the KNAUF Group) operates in Chebarkul (Chelyabinsk region). It is one of the Danogyps plants for which we manufacture and supply equipment on a permanent basis. <\/p>\n

So far, we have only supplied rasterizing, dosing systems, filters and other auxiliary components. We have also done engineering. The main parts of the plant were usually supplied from the USA. <\/p>\n

This time we produced and supplied the “heart” of the plant – the mixer (100% Russian components, the production itself starts in our workshops from sheet metal).<\/p>\n

Background: This year, an American-made mixer was almost completely worn out at the Chebarkul plant. At the same time with the replacement of the mixer, the customer wanted to increase the production volume, for which it was necessary to install a mixer with an increased volume of 2200 liters in the same workshop. We designed a new frame and all connections – air, vacuum, etc. for the new mixer. <\/p>\n

Then we produced 2200 liters mixer – motor power 55KW, belt transmission to the gearbox (saves from jamming), gearbox design for difficult working conditions, can withstand overload and shock loads.<\/span><\/p>\n

The mixer is used to mix the dry part of Danogyps putty <\/span>https:\/\/www.danogips.ru\/katalog\/gotovye_shpatlevki_danogips\/super_finish<\/span><\/a> and Rothband dry mortars.<\/span><\/p>\n

The components are supplied to the mixer by a vacuum line, i.e. a rarefied atmosphere is created in the mixer itself. The mixer is equipped with Airlklin Medium filters manufactured by AAMix<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

This week our plant engineers completed the installation of the mixer in Chebarkul, performed start-up and adjustment.<\/p>\n
