The shaft on an Italian mixer at the Lenstrom dry mix plant was worn out. <\/p>\n

Since we had already done shaft replacement on another mixer, the manufacturer contacted us.<\/p>\n

Our engineers took measurements, made a model and drawings. We also improved the shaft design by adding replaceable bushings in the packing gland area, which increases durability. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Then we produced the shaft in-house (we have an oversized lathe specifically for shafts) and shipped it to the customer.<\/p>\n
