This line is designed for the production and packaging of washing powder and other detergents.<\/p>\n

The line is designed to work with two components.<\/p>\n

Work order<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. The main component is loaded into the mixer from big bags.<\/li>\n
  2. Premix is loaded from the bag spreader.<\/li>\n
  3. The components are mixed in a mixer.<\/li>\n
  4. The finished mixture is then transferred to a closed trommel screen where the lumps are sifted out.<\/li>\n
  5. The finished mixture is then automatically loaded into big-bags and the lumps are loaded into other big-bags.<\/li>\n
  6. All lines are equipped with air filters + active aspiration system with two-stage air purification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      This is the most basic line, modifications are possible:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Crushing lumps and recycling the material back into production.<\/li>\n
      2. Packing immediately into bags (polyethylene, paper boxes, etc.)<\/li>\n
      3. More incoming components.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
