Consolit – the oldest manufacturer of dry mixes in Podolsk produces dry mixes with fiber www.consolit.ru.<\/a><\/p>\n

Such formulations cannot be packed in valve bags due to constant clogging of the filling nozzles, which severely limits the choice of fiber length.<\/p>\n

Previously, the plant had equipment that fed the mixture into a bag and when the desired weight was reached, the bag went further down the line.<\/p>\n

  3. Take the bag off.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    We did a modernization project for Consolite, manufactured and shipped a new unit that doubles the capacity and now only one person can work on the line!<\/p>\n

    The bags are sewn up automatically.<\/p>\n

    1. The mixture is fed into a weight dispenser above the filling station.<\/li>\n
    2. At this time, the bag is being put on and taken off at the same time.<\/li>\n
    3. The filled bag is fed to the automatic sewing machine, no second operator is needed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      That is, with the new plant, productivity has doubled, and labor costs have been cut in half.<\/p>\n
