What are the options for regeneration?<\/h2>\n
After casting and knockout, the sand is contaminated with binder residues, metal oxides and other impurities.<\/div>\n

The first option is to return the sand to the production line.<\/strong><\/div>\n

  • Mechanical regeneration (screening, vibration cleaning, removal of dust, metal inclusions).<\/li>\n
  • Intensive (thermal or chemical) regeneration for deeper sand cleaning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The second option is the production of dry mixes from molding sand<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Mixing in a mixer with additives<\/li>\n
