At the request of our regular customer, the Kostas factory, we automated the gypsum pumping unit with a pneumatic pump at the dry mixture plant in St. Petersburg.<\/p>\n

The automation logic includes silos level sensors, which allows you to completely remove the operator from the control panel.<\/p>\n

Automation is built on the basis of the controller of Aries and his own control program.<\/p>\n

The specialists of the AAMIX plant made a program, assembly of the control cabinet and chef at the plant of dry mixtures.<\/p>\n

In the photo below the touch panel on which you can manage all operations.<\/p>\n

The main control screen is a pneumatic chamber pump.<\/p>\n
