We have been putting packages for 19 years and have accumulated vast experience in the mechanics, automation and maintenance of these installations.<\/p>\n

One of our packages,Fas-km3 euro, analogue of Haver & Boecker<\/a>, was originally made as a copy of the German classical package, only with Russian automation and spare parts.<\/p>\n

Since then, we have improved, changed and have accumulated a lot of restoration of packs, replacement of control panels, weight modules.<\/p>\n

In cases where Siemens automation breaks, weight models of European production or mechanics, it is usually cheaper, and most importantly faster, replace it with Russian analogues.<\/p>\n

Replacing and development of programs took about 10 days.<\/p>\n

The cost of replacement was cheaper than official repair by about 2.5 times.<\/p>\n

We built the installation model, developed the replacement of German pneumatics with Italian, made a remote control based on Aries controllers, which are produced in the Russian Federation. The cost amounted to 960,000 rubles.<\/p>\n
