It is especially important to use the deglomerators in the production of dry mixtures with additives. Since a very small amount of additives is usually used, for example 2 kilograms per 1 ton and, in addition to this, additives have increased stickiness, then for the uniform distribution of these additives it is necessary to mix the mixture for 6-10 minutes. And even this is the risk that the additives will not be distributed evenly.<\/p>\n

All these problems are solved by the installation of deplexers. Their number depends on the volume of the mixer. Usually, 1 deplexer is used 0.5 cubic meters, that is, for the mixer 1 kub.m. 2 pieces are required.<\/p>\n
