The installation consists of a filter of fine cleaning with automatic pneumatic cleaning of filter elements, an extract and a bunker for collecting dust.<\/p>\n

This is a product completely ready to install, which immediately connects to machines, packaging and other dusting elements.<\/p>\n

The principle of operation and design<\/h2>\n

The system consists of a filter with a pneumatic cleaning of filtering elements, a fan for absorption of air, a bunker for collecting dust.<\/p>\n

A pipe is connected to the bunker along which contaminated air goes. Due to the fact that the fan sucks air from the system, it is possible to connect the extract pipe to open dusting places for the fence of most dust in the system.<\/p>\n

The entire incoming air passes through the filter elements and the already clean air enters back (to the room or to the street).<\/p>\n

The filter is equipped with a pneumatic cleaning system and can operate around the clock with a high load.<\/p>\n

All dust settles in the receiving container and, as it is filled, it can climb a loader and either re -used in production, or exported like garbage.<\/p>\n
