\"Sleeping<\/a>The Airklin Smart filter is designed for installation on small devices and containers, such as dispensers, mixers, small intermediate bunkers, etc.<\/p>\n

When the line of dry mixtures, or any other working with dry components, when transmitting material, for example from the silos to the dispenser, there is excess air, which should exit through a special hole. Since the air is very dusty, sleeve filters are installed on these holes.<\/p>\n

However, on productive lines, these filters require frequent manual cleaning or cannot cope at all.<\/p>\n

In these cases, the Airklin Smart filter is used in which the industrial filter element + automatic pneumatic cleaning is built.<\/p>\n

Device and principle of operation<\/h2>\n

The filter consists of a case, a filtering element, an air supply and dispersion system and pneumatic regulators.<\/p>\n

When installed on a bunker or mixer, the air passes through the filter element and the cleaned goes into the room.<\/p>\n

The material besieged on the filter is poured back to the container.<\/p>\n

Periodically, the filter is blown up and the dust settled on the filter is blown away into the container.<\/p>\n
