VFS throttle valves are usually placed on the silage, at the bottom of the cone and, depending on the task, manual or mechanical drive is used. However, this happens quite rarely and, therefore, manual drive is used.

If frequent opening is required, then an automatic drive is placed. Types of drives:

3. A pneumatic drive (when installing, 2 Mic23 position sensors are also needed).

Types of valves

1. uniform, marking V1FS – some flange for attaching to the silage, on the other hand, the output, in the form of a pipe (coupling), on which you can put a flexible insert or sleeve and fix it with a clamp,
2. Doubleflant, marking V2FS – flange for fastening to silage and flange for attaching the lower device, such as a screw.

VFS throttle valves can have a different diameter of the bandwidth – from 100 to 400 mm, with a step of 50 mm.

Competitive advantages

In the valves of AAMIX CB produced by the Stroy-Baton plant, a unique scheme for protecting the screw torn breakdown was implemented in case of refusal of position sensors. In the production process, sooner or later, the position sensor fails.
