Scientific and Production Association AAMix Plant has been developing and manufacturing equipment for dry construction mixtures, as well as for the processing and storage of bulk materials for seventeen years.
Thanks to the accumulated experience in this field, our own metalworking production, the use of innovative technologies and high qualification of specialists, the company’s products successfully compete with the products of imported manufacturers. During our work we have not only survived two major crises, but also increased the range of manufactured products and expanded production.
The geography of supply of our equipment is not only Russia and CIS, but also far abroad and Europe.
We manufacture and supply equipment for the production of dry construction mixtures, silos and warehouses, dosers, conveyors, filters, sensors and other devices for working with powder and grain materials. The AAMix brand was specially created for the equipment we produce and to increase its recognition in Russia and abroad. All equipment under this brand is certified and tested by years of work at industrial enterprises.

Quality assurance and manufacturing process
Factory AAMix uses modern technologies in its work, which ensures high quality products, reliability, full compliance with the drawings and beautiful appearance.
The equipment manufacturing process starts with the creation of 3D models in special computer programs. Parts are formed on an industrial metal laser cutting machine, and then they are welded, assembled and painted. For silos and cement warehouses, double-sided welding of parts (inner and outer) is used.
All equipment under AAMix brands is certified. The products supplied by us are known in the world market for high quality of components for the production of dry mixes, cement, concrete.

Among customers you can see both KNAUF (Danogips) divisions, Gazprom, Norilsk Nickel and other large enterprises, as well as plants built by private businesses to cover the needs for dry mixes in small towns and regions.
We are proud that many customers have been with us for over 10 years and are constantly ordering new equipment. We constantly improve the quality, make quality drawings for each project, fully accompany all equipment with all documentation.
Regular participants of the BaltiMix conference
In 2018, 2023, 2024 we participated in the leading dry mortar conference – Baltimix.
Among such companies as Haver&Boecker, Lahti we made a report on automation and complex construction of turnkey dry mix plants.
The report showed an online plant control and monitoring system that can duplicate the industrial control panel in the plant itself. The control can take place from a computer, tablet. This development was of great interest to both producers of mixes and equipment.

In 2022, MixBuild conference participants
In November 2022, we participated in MixBuild, the leading conference for dry mortars.
A presentation on how to modernize dry mix plant automation with open source software was given to more than 300 representatives of large companies, scientists and technologists.
The second part of the report was about how to design, build and run a large CCC plant.
Further the report was accepted for publication in the international analytical review ALITINFORM “Cement. CONCRETE. DRY MIXES”
