The AAMIX plant has developed and successfully supplies reliable and productive equipment LMSH-1 for washing gravel, as well as for flushing glass.
The equipment is intended for washing and fractionation of crushed stone, glass fight with a faction from 2 to 50 mm.

A distinctive feature of this equipment is that when washing, a closed water cycle is used and therefore its consumption is minimal. The dusty fractions formed by washing crushed stone or glass accumulate in special bunkers and can then be easily exported or used for the production of building materials.
The principle of work
- Crushed stone, broken glass are loaded into the receiving bunker (either with the front loader, or from a self -polling container, or the acceptance option from dump trucks is possible)
- From the hopper, the material is supplied to the vibrationhole, where its washing occurs and dispersion
- The washing at vibro -ghost is carried out by a special spray of water.
- The washed and scattered material is supplied to the bunkers under the vibrickhot or to conveyors for their further movement for drying / pack.
- The washing system consists of a sprayer, a supercharger and 3 accumulative circulation containers.
