From August 19 to 21, 2025, our city will host the 25th Anniversary International Conference of Dry Mortar Manufacturers — BALTIMIX-2025.
This year, the AAMix R&D Plant will not only participate in the conference and deliver presentations but also welcome guests as the official host of one of the event’s key activities.
On the second day of BALTIMIX-2025, all participants are invited to a guided tour of our production facility.

2.How our Centralized Production Management App (CPM) operates — based on lean manufacturing methodology, the system integrates sales management, full control over products, drawings, orders, subcontractors, inventory, and more (spoiler: the CPM system will soon be implemented at our second large-scale plant). AAMix Plant Tour on the Second Day of BALTIMIX-2025
Guests will witness firsthand the key stages of manufacturing modern equipment for dry mix production, observe machinery in action, speak with our specialists, and assess the level of automation aimed at increasing efficiency and maintaining consistent product quality.
The tour will feature a demonstration of our bag-placing robot — a vital component of the plant’s automated line — as well as our Centralized Production Management System (AATech CPM) in action. Guests will experience “Lean Manufacturing” live. The system significantly boosts productivity and quality across all departments, ensuring transparent processes and real-time management.
