An example of how engineering was carried out for Danogyps

Group of Companies Danogips https://www.danogips.ru/ (belongs to Knauf) has 5 factories for all Russia (1 in Belarus). All factories are made on our engineering.

How the process occurs

  1. The company decides to open a new putty factory in the city of N.
  2. The company sends us the parameters of the putty production line, which it buys in the United States. Dimensions, performance, how much they will produce per day, how the supply of materials (wagons or cement trucks or BIG-Bugs, etc.) will occur.
  3. They explore the real estate market in the city of N and find several suitable buildings.
  4. They send us, we recommend which of the buildings it is better to buy (rent).
  5. We enter this line into the selected building.
  6. We select the necessary volumes of silos, equipment of marshes, packaging, transmission of materials, air cleaning, etc.
    We develop all frames and other structural elements.
    This is all produced in Russia. Most are produced at the Aamix factory.
  7. We work out electricity, air, safety, compliance with the norms.
  8. We are continuously discussing with the customer all the nuances.
  9. We give out the final 3D model, all drawings, technological schemes, etc.
  10. We produce the right equipment ordered from us.

An example of the work of the modernization of the gypsum plant for engineering

  1. Development of a technological scheme (further TSU) without a description of the sequence of the technological process for the transportation of the starting raw materials, its further sorting, dosing, mixing and packing finished products, as well as without specifying places of aspiration. Documentation in PDF format.
  2. Obtaining a signed TSU from the customer or receiving information about the necessary changes in TSU.

  6. Coordination and receipt of the signed CPO from the customer.

  9. Development of a plan for the arrangement of equipment (in the future PSRO), indicating the position of the equipment, documentation in PDF format.

  12. Development of a drawing with the number of electrical cabinets and points of the electrician (in the future AS), documentation in PDF, DWG format.
  13. Development of automation scheme indicating the place of placement of sensors and executive mechanisms (in the future TSA), documentation in PDF format (scheme) and Word format (description).
