Description of the work

First, the bootloader falls from the initial position to the bottom of the vessel or to the cement carrier. As soon as the loader’s output touches the surface, the end sagging sensor of the cable, installed outside the drive housing, stops lowering the bootloader. The end switch inside the drive housing is triggered both with complete stretching and when the bootloader is completely folded. The loading of the product begins when the output of the silo shift is opened.

As soon as the bootloader has completely developed, the end switch inside the drive housing completes the loading cycle.

Application

When storing large volumes of bulk materials, they often cite and, with a partial devastation of the silage or storage bunker, begin to unload from it with difficulty. At the same time, ordinary aeration systems sometimes do not lead to complete emptying of silage, due to the sticking of the powder (for example, cement or ash) on the walls, the formation of “mice mice” and other effects in it.

Especially for such cases, the well -known company WAM (Italy) developed the Gunjet air gun.

The principle of work

The principle of operation of the air gun is that a certain volume of air is accumulated in it (depending on the model from 0.3 to 5.6 liters) under pressure from 3 to 6 atmospheres. After the signal for the opening, the special valve is almost instantly opened and the air enters the silos (bunker) with the effect of the microvel. Due to this, the significant amount of material loses stability and begins to pour normally, and the walls of the silos (bunker) in which the material is stored are cleaned.

The principle of action

Compressed air enters the silage through the silicone flange adjacent to the outer wall of the silage. The intensity of vibration is regulated by the supplied pressure from 2 to 6 bar. Since the working cycle and the maximum duration of the air jet are 5 seconds, the air consumption is small.

Application

I100 aeration plates are used as a preventive measure. Many materials begin to slide perfectly as soon as a certain amount of air is regularly added when loading into silos. With aeration plates I100, this operation is carried out delicately (the working pressure of the plates I100 is 0, 2 bar). The material enriched with air receives the desired ability to slip. At the same time, this prevents the possible formation of congestion, mouse mice, clots or deposits.

When installing one line of the I100 aeration plate are widely used for materials similar to cement. More complex settings with alternative lines, for example, are provided for bastard lime during its storage and dosing, when aeration is used not only when unloading material from silage, but also to maintain material in movement for a long storage period.

Long-term experience with i100 aeration plate used in the periodic cycle (Pulse-Jet and Felder system) showed that, in principle, all powder materials can be aeration. For the food industry, however, the use of vibration aerators VB is recommended.
