Aeration jet

The aeration nozzles of WAM are designed for airing powders (cement, ash, lime, etc.) in the lower silos cone or any other capacity. The air leading from them makes the powder plastic and it easily flows into the output.

The principle of operation of them, like an air sprayer in the aquarium – they are located the bottom of the container or silos and through them the air enters, which bubbles and does not give powder (cement, ash, etc.) to be tied and increases the fluidity when unloading in the screw.

The peculiarity of the nozzles is that they are easily installed outside and, if necessary, maintenance, are taken out and are again placed on the outside. That is, do not climb into the silage or container.

Supply set – nozzle + metal coupling, which is welded to the silage and a nozzle is screwed into it.

General description of the nozzles

Frequent question: “How much do you need to set the jet on a silage of a certain volume? For example, on a silo 60 cubic meter”

Answer: In fact, the number of jackets on silos depends on its diameter. Below you can see the scheme how many nozzles are needed for what diameters.

Application

  • Carbon steel clutch is welded to the wall of the silage with a hole pre -made, then a nozzle is screwed there.
  • Next, there is a connection with a compressed air supply line.
  • Aeration nozzles are used when working with small powders at a working pressure of 0.2 bar.
  • For the food industry, however, the use ofvibration aerators.

Competitive advantages of nozzles

  • easily installed outside the silage
  • They supply air very well and do not clog
  • Durable
