Design

This filter consists of a frame, a bag of special filter fabric 100% polyester and clamp. On the frame below, a flange is immediately made for attaching to the container. The filter bag is attached with a clamp, which allows you to easily and simply change it.

The scope of application

This filter is used on intermediate containers and mixers to capture technical carbon, cement, gypsum, flour, other powders and dust.

For high -performance cleaning it is required to use filters with pneumatic or electromechanical fabric cleaning.

The compact air filter of Hoppertop is specially designed for installation on cement dispensers, dry mixes and other loose substances. The filter is completely similar to large filters, pneumatic cleaning is built into it.

As you know, when loading powders into dispensers, mixers, small intermediate containers, excess air pressure occurs inside, the air comes out highly dusty, which leads to severe pollution of the premises.

Description

Silotop® is a cylindrical filter for exhausting silos loaded with pneumatic means. In the stainless steel housing, vertically installed filter elements of Polypleat® are enclosed. The automatic cleaning system with compressed air is built into the opening cover.

Application

It is used in all types of silos (cement, ash, other powder materials) for filtering output air when pumping products into silage. The dust is separated from the air flow by the filter elements of Polyplet® and goes back to the silage thanks to the system of cleaning with compressed air.
