The XXVIII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum held this month became a key event in the business life of Russia.
The Forum reaffirmed its status as a global platform for discussing the current economic, political and technological challenges of our time.
During the four days of SPIEF-2025, hundreds of events took place: strategic sessions, round tables, expert discussions, presentations of investment projects, bilateral and multilateral meetings. More than 24,200 participants from 144 countries attended the Forum, and more than 3,600 Russian and 560 foreign companies were represented.
On June 18, 2025, Alexey Yaskov, General Director of AAMix Plant, took part in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum – the largest business event that gathered representatives of the business community, government agencies and experts.
Within the framework of the starting day of the forum the head of the enterprise visited the key strategic sessions:
“State-owned companies as a growth driver for small and medium-sized businesses.”
“The role of SMEs in achieving the new national goals”.
The platforms were used to discuss topical mechanisms of support for small and medium-sized businesses, the formation of a favorable business environment, and the prospects for the development of domestic business. The events were attended by representatives of ministries, state corporations, development institutions and business associations.
We place great emphasis on employee personal development and team building.
A good end to the spring season was a one-day chess tournament between the company’s employees, which was held on May 23, 2025. The event was held as part of the plant’s program for the development of corporate and youth sports.
We are pleased to announce the completion of a major project to create a recycling mixture line for PJSC KAMAZ. AAMix Plant acted as an accredited contractor of the APR and ensured complete replacement of imported equipment with a domestic solution.
Why KAMAZ chose us
APAC Accreditation: Our AAMix factory is an accredited contractor, ensuring compliance with all government and industry standards.
Import substitution: KAMAZ approached APR with the task of replacing the existing imported line, choosing us as a reliable partner with experience in manufacturing similar equipment.
Full cycle of implementation: We performed a range of works from design according to technical specifications to installation and final adjustment at KAMAZ production facilities.
Key project milestones
1. Project analysis and development
Our specialists studied in detail the existing process of mixture circulation at the customer’s premises, took into account all technical requirements and prepared a project with maximum efficiency and reliability in mind.
2. Manufacture of equipment
AAMix Plant has manufactured a full range of assemblies and units for the recycling mixture line in its own production facilities, focusing on strict quality standards.
3. Installation and commissioning
The team of specialists promptly carried out all installation work at the KAMAZ site, then performed commissioning activities to ensure smooth operation of the line from day one.
4. Acceptance by a commission from Moscow
After successful completion of the test period, the project was checked and accepted by the commission. The result – approval without significant comments and corrections, which confirms the high quality of our equipment and compliance with the stated characteristics.
Result
Full compliance with the TOR: The Recycling Mixing Line meets all customer requirements and industry standards.
Fail-safe operation: Thanks to the well thought-out design and quality materials, the equipment demonstrates stable and efficient operation.
High expert assessment: The Moscow Commission confirmed that all aspects of the project have been implemented at the appropriate level, without any complaints.
Import substitution in action: KAMAZ received a modern domestic line capable of replacing foreign analogs and simplifying maintenance.
Ready for new projects
Successfully completed work for KAMAZ once again confirmed that AAMix Plant is capable of solving tasks of any complexity in the field of foundry and related equipment. We are proud of the result and will be glad to help your company in modernization of production.
2024 was a very busy year – we worked hard, implemented new solutions, developed new equipment. It is not easy, but we will try to tell you briefly.
We have become residents of Skolkovo, which confirms our competence and reliability. We invest significant efforts in technology development and equipment improvement.
AAMix factory has accumulated vast experience in the manufacture and installation of drying drums and auxiliary equipment.
We manufacture industrial drums with capacities from 5 to 50 tons per hour. We not only manufacture drying drums, but also design drying areas, fully automate them and integrate them into existing lines.
Unique! We make drums that run on electricity, coal, gas, diesel.
Danogyps (a division of KNAUF) has been our regular customer for many years. Their filler plants (many all over Russia) require high quality equipment.
The equipment is built into complex lines and must run continuously, the dimensions must be perfect, there are also many other quality and development requirements.
Synergetic is a large and well-known detergent manufacturer.
They needed a new line to expand their production. On request, we developed the project, worked out the automation and air purification. We then manufactured the equipment and accompanied the project during the installation phase.
The shaft on an Italian mixer at the Lenstrom dry mix plant was worn out.
Since we had already done shaft replacement on another mixer, the manufacturer contacted us.
Our engineers took measurements, made a model and drawings. We also improved the shaft design by adding replaceable bushings in the packing gland area, which increases durability.
During the installation of our mixer (to replace the old American one) at Danogyps plant in Chebarkul(see news) our engineers took a photo of the equipment we supplied to this plant a year ago.
No problems detected after one year! We publish photos taken at the factory, one year after installation.
The factory for production of Danogyps fillers and KNAUF dry mixes (is a division of the KNAUF Group) operates in Chebarkul (Chelyabinsk region). It is one of the Danogyps plants for which we manufacture and supply equipment on a permanent basis.
So far, we have only supplied rasterizing, dosing systems, filters and other auxiliary components. We have also done engineering. The main parts of the plant were usually supplied from the USA.
This time we produced and supplied the “heart” of the plant – the mixer (100% Russian components, the production itself starts in our workshops from sheet metal).
As part of a long-standing cooperation, Lenstrom approached us to modernize their mixer. The shaft and blades were worn out. The old shaft was sent to us and we used it to design a solid metal shaft with more blades for better mixing.
