Of course, sand can be obtained not by dump trucks, but in another way, then it just changes how we load it into the drum, but the delivery of dump trucks is usually the cheapest.

1. The bunker for loading sand is a powerful metal structure, since the front loader loads sand and a bucket is possible, and a load from wet sand is also possible. The upper lattice eliminates large stones, it is also made of chopped metal, since just fittings or thin metal are very quickly collapsed from shock loads, when almost a ton of sand spils on them immediately.
2. Under the conveyor there is a strip conveyor, he gives the sand to the second conveyor, which passes it to the drying drum.
3. Drying drum – its performance is from 3 to 25 tons per hour. The higher the performance, the more powerful burner is needed. A cardinal leap in the cost of burners (diesel or gas) occurs with a performance above 15 tons per hour.
4. A lot of wet dirty air forms in the drum, which enters there from the burner. It is stretched by a cyclone, the performance of the cyclone depends on the performance of the burner. At the same time, it is important to put an industrial reliable fan on the cyclone, since ordinary or not proven falls apart in a couple of weeks. Device and principle of operation
