Safety spinal spring pressure valve

Description

The VCP pressure dropping valve consists of a cylindrical case with a connecting clamp for attaching to a silage cover; an external metal ring for the conditions of excess pressure, fastened by three spring rods; an external metal cover in the form of a disk for conditions of low pressure attached to the central rod on the spring; protective cover.

Application

With pressure within the established norms, three external spring rods hold the outer cover in the form of a ring in a hermetically sealed state. If the pressure inside the silos exceeds the established indicators, the cover under the pressure of the air will open.

A round hole in the center of the valve closes a smaller disk -shaped lid held in the center of the rod. It is pressed to the outer cover with normal pressure inside the silage.

With a decrease in the pressure in the silage, the spring releases the lid, which opens slightly. As a result, air, balancing pressure and closing the central cover, falls into the silage.
