Unique features of the system
- The bag of bags of bags (from 10 to 50 kg) in which is built -up and the operator at a convenient distance quickly and safely pulls out bags with additives into the overall accumulative bunker.
- An explosion -proof diluting filter for explosive additives is used.
- Increased dosing accuracy.
- In one module you can waste and dose 6 additives.
Production
- This is the fourth delivery for KNAUF, so additional design features have been worked out for 4 weeks.
- Next, components of WAM – screws, filters were ordered.
- At the AAMIX plant, a molten system was produced, general automation, all mating structures.
- Further, with the help of our experts, the equipment was mounted and launched at the customer’s factory.
