A unique factory made of dry mixtures with vermiculite is completely ready for surrender. As part of the development and production of the plant, the following tasks were solved:
- Volumetric dosage of vermiculite. Since the material is light, it cannot be dosed by weight. At the same time, different compositions need a different volume. We made a variable volume dose in one container, which allowed to reduce the number of containers, screws and distributors.
- Complete automation on the Russian Aries system. We completed the transition to Russian automation instead of Siemens. According to the results – the system turned out to be more reliable, since the level of industrial protection is higher. Udinity was not injured, all management is made from the touch screen, all information and recipes are stored in the central processor.
- For the convenience of maintenance, a 3-storey tower was made. Now you can serve the dosage capacities without specials. technology.
