The production of a large plant of dry building mixtures for Nizhny Tagil, the Urals began

In June 2021, the production of the new CSC line for the Sand of the Urals began.

This line will be one of the largest among the Aamix manufactured by the plant (see.a map of our linesOn the main one).

The performance of the line per shift is 10 hours – 300 tons.

The line will produce dry mixes withrefractory clayand classic mixtures.

Financing is carried outEuropean leasing Siemens Finance.

What the line consists of

  • Sand enrichment line with its control panel
    • Sand for the drum Z-shaped conveyor
    • Pre -wraps of raw sand, drum roar, mesh 5mm
    • Drum 10 tons per hour, gas burner
    • Elevator
    • Then the roar of VG-3 into three factions
    • Three elevators 20 meters high – rising in silage, 6 silage, through the flood valves WAM

How we developed a line

As usual, when ordering a line, the client voiced I demanding performance, what materials and the desired level of automation will be used (microdation, robots of laying bags, etc.).

Further, our experienced designers and engineers design the line. In design, if necessary, there are trips to the customer, measurements of the territory, existing buildings, communication with local architects.

After that, we work out the project of both the plant and silage towers, issue all the loads, communications connection and the exact list of equipment.

Further final approvals, changes and the specification for equipment is signed.
