This installation is designed for packing in paper valve bags of dry building mixtures with large aggregates – perlite, expanded clay, vermiculite, etc.
The installation also faces dry concrete mixtures, for example, for a concrete torxret with a crushed stone of up to 5-7mm.
Installation is a modified and fully automated analogue of the Haver & Boecker package.
In the package, the rotor is not used and the material is supplied using air. This allows you to serve large material and at the same time not destroy (not grind it) and eliminates the jet jamming.

The principle of work
The principle of operation is that the mixture is first fed to the paste bunker, and then, under excess air pressure, into the valve bag. When serving, rotors are not used, so a large filler calmly and without destruction of the structure enters the bag.
All operations are fully automated.
IMPORTANT! A unique system of excess air is also made, so the bag does not inflate or tears.
Description of the work
- A dry mixture is supplied to the pasping bunker, the bunker automatically closes.
- A paper valve bag is put on the pipe, the bag is automatically triggered and the package cycle begins.
- When the desired weight is reached, the package automatically stops, the clamp automatically releases the bag.
- The bag is thrown away by a pusher on the conveyor for feeding on the packaging.
- The package is waiting for putting on a new bag.
Only one operation is required from the operator – put on a bag!
