In 2023, we began the transformation of our plant into a larger and more modern facility.
- We are moving to a new large workshop in St. Petersburg, where we will be able to increase our productivity, working conditions are better and there is more potential for growth.
- We bought a new large shaft lathe (and other machines on the way).
- We made our own controllers to control equipment and plants.

For 2023 we did.
- In November, the biggest contract in the history of our plant was signed for the design, production and installation of a plant for gypsum mixtures. Work has already started, look out for news in January-February.
- We worked closely with Polyplast company. Increased production of additives 3 times, supplied 3 mixers and parts of lines.
- Streamlined the repair of foreign and domestic dry mix faucets.
- A filling line for specialty plugging mixtures was shipped.
- A cement packing line was shipped.
- Increased production of aspiration stations for air purification in factories.
- Shipped equipment for the Klester plant.
- Made unique sand augers, put production on stream. We supplied sand screws to Klester and Runit plants.
- Designed, manufactured and supplied vacuum valves for Danogyps plants to replace American valves.
- Shipped 100% dry mix plant to Kazakhstan. Capacity of the plant is 10 tons per hour.
- Supplied parts and serviced equipment for our regular customers.
In 2023, Baltimix conference participants
In August 2023, we participated in the leading dry mortar conference – Baltimix.
For more than 150 representatives of companies, scientists and technologists a report was made on automation and engineering of dry mix plants, modernization of imported equipment, creation of new turnkey plants. And one of the main nuances – we automated the putting on of bags on the filling machines.
