2024 was a very busy year – we worked hard, implemented new solutions, developed new equipment. It is not easy, but we will try to tell you briefly.
- We have become residents of Skolkovo, which confirms our competence and reliability. We invest significant efforts in technology development and equipment improvement.
- R&D has become an integral part of us, we are now NPO AAMix (Research and Production Association). Now we do not just make equipment, but develop unique new technologies and lines that can produce products. These are not hypothetical projects, but projects for the construction of new plants and some of them are already at the stage of installation and start-up (e.g. putty line, paint line – news with photos soon).

- We joined the Agency for Technological Development and began to carry out scientific assignments for the introduction of technologies. The first project was a unique casting of metal into sand molds. For the production of hulls.
- We have developed and produced a unique line for packing complex mixtures into open bags for Consolit Ltd. The line is fully automatic. The productivity of the site has increased by 2 times!
- Developed and started manufacturing robots. The first robot – putting bags on the filling machines. This robot solves a very important task of automating the packing area into valve bags. This is one of the most difficult types of automation and we did it!
- We carried out a complex modernization of reinforced concrete production.
- Unique project on recycling of sand after waterjet cutting (garnet sand).
- We have entered a new market of equipment for quarries. Our specialization is the dispersion of Tailings (i.e. not a typical fraction for large equipment). Such equipment is important for the environment, as ordinary waste can now be a product with very low energy consumption for production.
- We are engaged in the development of the Far East – we have signed a contract for the development, production and launch of a plant in a strategically important area, Khabarovsk – a full-cycle CCC production plant.
- We have completed the design of a technological line for packing salt for roads. Further we will partially supply equipment for these lines. The equipment is made of high-strength stainless steel.
- We have replaced the mixers from the USA with ours in the production of KNAUF putties.
- We are working closely with Samara Gypsum Plant on the construction of a new plant and modernization of the existing one. Designs have been made, equipment deliveries have begun, and tests with materials are being carried out.
- Designed, manufactured and ran a laundry detergent production line for Synergetic.
In 2024, Baltimix conference participants
In August 2024, we participated in the leading dry mortar conference – Baltimix.
For more than 150 representatives of companies, scientists and technologists, a three-part presentation was made on bagging robots, industrial drying drums for different fuels and the AATech plant management system.
IT direction
In 2024, we significantly developed our IT area. In previous years, we created a plant management program for each plant.
Each of our plants is controlled from a central control panel with a large touch panel. It can also be controlled via the internet through a browser. This is the control system that controls all the equipment and how the materials flow through the line.
We program our control system on Codesys and it fully covers the needs of plant equipment control.
However, the factory itself is more than a set of equipment that needs to be managed. In order to produce a product, employees need to know their tasks, equipment needs to be maintained on time, and materials and spare parts need to be ordered on time.
MES and ERP systems exist to automate these processes. However, since they are usually very expensive, over-complicated and cannot be used by employees in the field (at the machine, at assembly, etc.), we have created our own plant management system AATech CUP (AATech Production Flight Control Center). Plans for 2025
- More plants, better quality equipment, better service. Now we are contracted until October 2025. However, we want to plan production 2 years ahead – there is room for development.
- New shop – it’s time for us to expand production.
