One of our packages,Fas-km3 euro, analogue of Haver & Boecker, was originally made as a copy of the German classical package, only with Russian automation and spare parts.
Since then, we have improved, changed and have accumulated a lot of restoration of packs, replacement of control panels, weight modules.
In cases where Siemens automation breaks, weight models of European production or mechanics, it is usually cheaper, and most importantly faster, replace it with Russian analogues.

Examples
1. Complete replacement of automation on two Polish packages for the plant in St. Petersburg.
Replacing and development of programs took about 10 days.
As a result, the accuracy of the dosage improved, the packages began to work on Russian components.
The cost of replacement was cheaper than official repair by about 2.5 times.
2.The supply of a restored Haver & Boecker package for a complete dried mixture plant to the Kurgan region.
The package was working, but automation and pneumatics stopped working.
Official repair was not possible.
The new package cost about 6 million rubles.
We built the installation model, developed the replacement of German pneumatics with Italian, made a remote control based on Aries controllers, which are produced in the Russian Federation. The cost amounted to 960,000 rubles.
As a result, the installation is successfully operating in factory mode, and the future will be fast and not expensive.
