Airklin filter Smart for dispensers and mixers

The Airklin Smart filter is designed for installation on small devices and containers, such as dispensers, mixers, small intermediate bunkers, etc.

When the line of dry mixtures, or any other working with dry components, when transmitting material, for example from the silos to the dispenser, there is excess air, which should exit through a special hole. Since the air is very dusty, sleeve filters are installed on these holes.

However, on productive lines, these filters require frequent manual cleaning or cannot cope at all.

In these cases, the Airklin Smart filter is used in which the industrial filter element + automatic pneumatic cleaning is built.

Device and principle of operation

The filter consists of a case, a filtering element, an air supply and dispersion system and pneumatic regulators.

When installed on a bunker or mixer, the air passes through the filter element and the cleaned goes into the room.

The material besieged on the filter is poured back to the container.

Periodically, the filter is blown up and the dust settled on the filter is blown away into the container.

Technical characteristics

The filter cleaning system consists of a purge system with an electromagnetic valve of “complete immersion” and ventilation pipes connected directly to the air tank.

Filter set

• The filter with 1 electromagnetic valve AR-2W41 is equipped with a control panel in a separate case in the form of a board with an electronic relay time of the XY-J04 time.
• Protection according to IP56.
• The relay module of the XY-J04 time allows you to set the duration of the pauses between the cleaning pulses (OR), and the scale for setting the duration of the cleaning pulse (CL).
• The control panel is supplied to the valve electromagnet already connected to the winding and the manufacturer tested by the manufacturer.
