The swords of the TR series and those are designed and produced specifically for heavy (series of TR) and especially difficult (series of those) working conditions.
In cases where reliable and continuous work in dosing systems or feeding systems is needed, the screws of these series are used.
The screws consist of a tray in the form of a tubular section, equipped, at least one unloading and one loading neck, carrier plate, strengthened to each end of the tray, a screw with bushings (TR) or connecting flanges (those) in the kit, two end bearings with a set of gaskets, intermediate bearings depending on the length of the label. In addition, the screws are equipped with a gearbox, corresponding to the features of use, and, in most cases, enhanced transmission.

Areas of application
Swings of TR and those are used for both the continuous and periodic work cycle in areas where the strength of the components of the screw and the ease of replacement of worn parts are one of the basic requirements.
The screws are used in the same areas of application as the Tu screws, when the lifting force of the latter no longer meets the requirements of the use (transportation or extraction from the silage when preparing a concrete mixture for cement, working with flying ash, fillers, siliceous dust, with bituminous construction solutions for hot and cold filler; in the construction industry – in the construction industry – with preliminary – with preliminary prepared mixtures for gypsum, with sands, additives; in the glass industry with calcium carbonate, soda, sand, etc.
Super -hearted screws, on the contrary, are used almost always for continuous work cycles in cement, gypsum plants, at the production of lime and in the mining region. Data of the screws are not intended for food.
