As a result of the preliminary study of suppliers and visiting the SSC plant with perlite (unique production is fully automatic, developed and produced at our enterprise), we were selected as the only supplier.
The new plant will produce light mixtures of the CCC with vermiculite, as one of the additives, a creamy fiber will be used, which will be dosed by unique microshnies made at our enterprise.
At the moment, the plant is in production, the project has been made in advance and approved.
The deadline for the delivery of equipment and the start of installation is May 2015.
All equipment is carried out at our enterprise, as we have a full cycle of metal processing, starting with laser cutting. Our company supplies the plant on the “turnkey” principle before the release of the first batches and produces all equipment – including metal structures and silos.
The plant is fully automatic, Russian controllers are used, the plant is controlled from the touch of the panel, all functions are duplicated in manual modes.
