We have been manufacturing equipment since 1998, more than 20 years. During this time our customers have become many companies, including industry leaders – KNAUF, Gazprom, Norilsk Nickel, HESS AAC (Holland), Polyplast, Norilsk Nickel, Gazprom and many medium-sized companies.
Our company is a factory with a full cycle of metal processing – from metal cutting and turning shops to the production of assembly, painting, etc.
In addition to equipment we do complete plant designs and full automation based on Open Source software. No licenses are needed and this software is not subject to lock-in if changes need to be made to the software.
We use WAM (Italy), whose official representative we are, Camozzi (Italy), Tenso-M, OVEN.
Turnkey installation
We accompany our customers from the very beginning, when the future plant is conceived, to the first production batches and then to the maintenance of the plant.
- We discuss the plant, look at the grounds, communications, measure everything.
- We make a complete 3d model of the plant + full set of drawings including electricity, air, foundation loads.
- Discuss, make changes.
- We produce all the equipment, in the course of production send photo reports.
- We perform supervision.
- We launch and produce the first industrial batches.
- In the future, quickly supply spare parts, increase capacity, modify the control program, etc.
