In August 2017, we developed and began the production of the next order for a unique module for the operating KNAUF plant.
The essence of the task is that an expensive finely milk supplement goes to the production of putty in the Big Bigs and should accurately dose by weight, and then transferred to 2 different pneumatic lines.

At the same time, the room is limited in area and the Big-Begs mecroster should be one.
Our engineers have developed a simple and effective system in which one beig-beans can be connected to 2 different screws.
The screws serve the material in weight dispensers (the right weight is set on the remote control), and from there, sector feeders, the material is gradually transmitted to the pneumatic line.
Management of the entire module is fully automatic, also the model is integrated into the central unified control system.
The production of this module began in August 2017.
