The Forum reaffirmed its status as a global platform for discussing the current economic, political and technological challenges of our time.

During the four days of SPIEF-2025, hundreds of events took place: strategic sessions, round tables, expert discussions, presentations of investment projects, bilateral and multilateral meetings. More than 24,200 participants from 144 countries attended the Forum, and more than 3,600 Russian and 560 foreign companies were represented.

The final day of SPIEF was dedicated to the Youth Day, which brought together talented students, young professionals and budding entrepreneurs from all over the country.

AAMix Plant, as an enterprise interested in the inflow of fresh ideas and personnel, was pleased to invite young participants of the forum for practical training and work. We are sure that such forums give an impetus for professional growth and open the way for new talents in industry.

Within the framework of the starting day of the forum the head of the enterprise visited the key strategic sessions:

“State-owned companies as a growth driver for small and medium-sized businesses.”

“The role of SMEs in achieving the new national goals”.

The platforms were used to discuss topical mechanisms of support for small and medium-sized businesses, the formation of a favorable business environment, and the prospects for the development of domestic business. The events were attended by representatives of ministries, state corporations, development institutions and business associations.

During informal negotiations on the margins of the forum Alexey Yaskov presented an ambitious initiative to expand the export direction of the enterprise. Special attention was paid to the possibility of entering the Bahrain market with the products of AAMix Plant.

Participation in SPIEF-2025 opens new perspectives for AAMix Plant: establishment of new business contacts, definition of strategic directions of development, laying the foundation for realization of promising projects, expansion of international cooperation.

NPO Zavod AAMix confirms its position as a modern, dynamically developing enterprise, ready to implement large-scale projects and enter new markets. A good end to the spring season was a one-day chess tournament between the company’s employees, which was held on May 23, 2025. The event was held as part of the plant’s program for the development of corporate and youth sports.

The tournament was attended by employees of all structural divisions, engineering and technical specialists, employees of the production shop and operations department.

The tournament was held according to the Swiss system, in Blitz format (7 minutes per game + 2 seconds for each move) and consisted of 7 rounds.

There was a stubborn struggle for the prizes. It was not clear until the very end who would win the tournament and share the valuable prizes.

It is noteworthy that in addition to the clear favorites there was also an unexpected favorite in the person of our engineer Shkolin Alexander, who never boasted of his success in chess, and according to the results of the tournament took an honorable first place.

II place was taken by Maxim Sokolov, Head of Production.

To determine who will take the third place, we had to play an additional chess game, as the leading design engineer Vinogradov Vladimir had the same number of points with the head of the planning and distribution bureau Sheremeta Alexander. As a result of the game Alexander won.

In 2024, Baltimix conference participants

In August 2024, we participated in the leading dry mortar conference – Baltimix.

For more than 150 representatives of companies, scientists and technologists, a three-part presentation was made on bagging robots, industrial drying drums for different fuels and the AATech plant management system.

IT direction

In 2024, we significantly developed our IT area. In previous years, we created a plant management program for each plant.

Each of our plants is controlled from a central control panel with a large touch panel. It can also be controlled via the internet through a browser. This is the control system that controls all the equipment and how the materials flow through the line.

We program our control system on Codesys and it fully covers the needs of plant equipment control.

However, the factory itself is more than a set of equipment that needs to be managed. In order to produce a product, employees need to know their tasks, equipment needs to be maintained on time, and materials and spare parts need to be ordered on time.

MES and ERP systems exist to automate these processes. However, since they are usually very expensive, over-complicated and cannot be used by employees in the field (at the machine, at assembly, etc.), we have created our own plant management system AATech CUP (AATech Production Flight Control Center). Plans for 2025

• More plants, better quality equipment, better service. Now we are contracted until October 2025. However, we want to plan production 2 years ahead – there is room for development.
• New shop – it’s time for us to expand production.

The composition of the mixtures is quite complex, includes a lightweight filler – perlite.

At the time of the request, the client had a paper project of steel structures (in pdf files) made by a third-party company.

After the contract was awarded, we carried out the work

1. Made an interactive 3d model of the plant and placed the equipment in it.
2. Made a full specification of the equipment.

Further, there were questions to the initial design of the steel structures, as it was made with errors (no service areas, replenishment, etc.). The project was sent for revision.

Most of the tasks are self-explanatory and can be done in spreadsheets, messenger chats or 1C Accounting. For example:

There are also many MES systems on the market that help manage production and solve more complex tasks that tables can no longer handle. For example:

Why did we create yet another MES system?

When dealing with existing systems in our manufacturing facility (and we have been in business since 1998 and manufacture complex equipment), we keep running into the high cost and complexity of implementing control systems. The main difficulties are:

1. Very complex interface, workers at all levels often can’t use it.
2. Not being able to utilize the system by every employee.
3. Lack of quick operational management – chats, quick photo sends.
4. Not linked to the task system – tasks should appear on the task board for each worker.
5. Failure to notify employees – e.g. of a new task, deadline, etc.
6. Price – very high prices for solutions, which then still need to be “finalized” and invested heavily in customization.

AATex MES for manufacturing companies

So, we realize from our own experience that most MES systems are overcomplicated and very expensive. At the same time, it requires a huge amount of resources (due to the complexity) to customize the work and train employees.

This results in not all data being entered in the field and not all tasks being completed. This cannot be solved with video cameras.

At the same time, most businesses have their accounting and work systems set up and there is no need to duplicate these systems.

The AATex MES system solves the issue of data transfer and display of tasks and data for all plant employees.

Each employee of the plant installs the MES AATech application on his/her phone – under Aurora, Android, iOS operating systems. The application also works on Windows and Linux computers.

This ensures that each employee has his or her own workplace in which to work:

1. Marks arrival / departure to work, lunch. Can be combined with ACS, biometric system.
2. Receives assignments that are displayed on a task board (Kanban).
3. Inputs data (including photos and videos).
4. Participates in the operational management of the plant through chats, photos, video recording.

Typical jobs in the appendix:

1. Component receiving and stocking area.
2. Packing area.
3. Shipping area.
4. Technologist, recipes, sampling, quality control – generation of certificates.
5. Supplies.
6. Chief Engineer – equipment maintenance, motor hours.
7. Administration.
8. Timekeeping.
9. Any other jobs with flexible customization.

AATech’s MES is a familiar way for every worker to receive tasks and input information.

The cost of the system and its maintenance is many times less than typical MES systems, as there is no need for redundant processing of information that is already available at the enterprise.

Production scripts

The word script means a script or a set of actions. In MES AATex you can flexibly customize different scripts for action chains. Here is an example of a central script for most production facilities (of course it can be modified – simplified/complicated).

Script of order receiving, order handling, production and shipment.

1. An email or phone or messenger receives the customer’s request.
2. A task is created for a manager, a push notification is sent to his phone + email.
3. The task appears on the kanban board – response time is 1 day.
4. When the manager replies to the client, the task status changes and it is moved to waiting for a reply from the client.
5. If the client has not responded in 3 days, a callback reminder is sent and a new task status is set.
6. If a client refuses, the reason is specified and once a month a report on refusals with reasons is sent to those users who are added to the mailing list. You can understand why clients refuse, dynamics of refusals, etc.
7. If a contract is signed, a task is created in the design department to create a project (tasks are created on the board, push notifications are sent to the designers attached to the project).
8. Once the project is approved by the client, a design is created:
   1. Production order (board tasks are created, push notifications are sent).
   2. Production tasks move from making parts on machines, to assembly, to painting.
   3. Purchase order to the logistician (tasks are created on the board, push notifications are sent).
9. Once the equipment is manufactured, a task is created for inspection by the GTC.
10. Next is shipment – the tasks of ordering a car, etc.
11. After the order is finalized, tasks for installation (if needed) are created.
12. Tasks are created to collect feedback from the customer.
13. Pending tasks are created for six months, a year, etc. in advance with automatic sending of letters to the customer with the offer of spare parts, maintenance, line extension, etc.

The script automates many tasks – transfer of orders to the shop floor, automatic letters to customers, creation of events in the calendar.

We estimate that the implementation of our system will increase turnover and significantly improve staff engagement and productivity.

All work is done by ALL employees of the company on the phone in a familiar and clear interface that you don’t have to learn.

Over the course of this year, we have moved even further in the direction of automation.

Robotic bagging robot

In dry mix production, one of the most difficult areas for workers is the bagging station.

We have been developing filling stations for a long time, at this point they already look like a spaceship and they were already fully automatic in terms of weight gain and bag drop. Only the last step to fully automate this unit remained.

Bagging robots have been known for a long time and are produced by a number of companies. Since last year, the AAMix plant has also started to produce bagging robots for filling machines.

It is important to note that we fully produce this robot in our full-cycle production facility. The control program was created by our IT department, the program itself runs on an AATech industrial controller (IT division of our plant).

This guarantees the customer a complete service – fast delivery of spare parts, quality adjustment, full integration into existing accounting systems.

The composition of the bag putting robot: directly frame arm, empty bag feeding conveyor, ready bags feeding conveyor, trough auger conveyor for collecting slurry, inclined auger conveyor for slurry, big bag rack, bag dedusting aspiration unit.

With the advent of automatic bagging, we are closer to fully automating plants.

Sand and cement are delivered by truck or wagon, then the drying of sand, feeding of bulk materials into the line is automatic.

Additives are automatically dosed from our bag spacers using microdosing screws. We would like to point out – a unique product.

The mixer is fully automatic.

The filling machine works in automatic mode, the bags are put on automatically.

Stacking of bags on pallets is done by hand by the robot.

Localization of all components is about 90%, most of the equipment is produced directly by AAMix.

Modernization of the filling section of existing production facilities

For owners of existing plants, we develop a project to replace the old type of bagging area with a fully automatic one. This replacement provides a rare combination of increased productivity + reduced costs.

Let’s review point by point.

Old site with manual bagging:

• Continuous rotation of employees.
• Because the conditions are harsh, downtime is common.

• To modernize the site, our experienced specialists will come in, take all measurements, and 3d scans of the site, discuss how and what will work with the customer’s technologists.
• We will make a complete 3d project, coordinate it.
• Then we’ll produce the equipment.
• Then we will carry out the supervision and production of the first batches.

This is only the direct effect, which does not include losses from manual line downtime, resources spent on personnel management, etc.

Paint and varnish production line

The following is a typical line composition, however, every plant is unique and for each order we make our own design and calculation. Some parts of the plant customers prefer to use their own, for example, when there are already existing batching and storage units. Then we customize the line to the given conditions.

1. Material receiving area

• Bag spacers with feed for weight dosing. Precise dosing down to grams. Used for automatic rasterization of bags with expensive additives.
• Big-bag rasterizers with feed to weight dosing.
• Silos (if necessary) and juggling from them into weight dosing.

2. Metering section

• Weight dispenser for bulk solids. It is placed above the mixer. All materials are fed into it and then poured into the mixer.
• Liquid additive dispenser.

3. Mixing area

• Dissolver with a capacity of 1000 liters (may be different, depends on the line).
• Pump for pumping putty into the storage hopper.

4. Packing area

• Filling station for viscous products into buckets.

• Large paper sack rasterizer – it feeds bags with additives up to 50 kilograms.

In most dry mix plants, one of the most problematic areas is the bagging area of the bagging plant.

At this site, the work is monotonous, takes place in harsh conditions (dust, noise) and yet the productivity of the entire plant depends on this location.

And if there are three or four filling machines running at the same time, it leads to high labor costs and difficulty in maintaining continuous production.

The AAMix NM-1 bagging robot solves this problem and significantly reduces operating costs. At the same time, the stability of the production process is improved, which leads to increased profits.

The unit is made on the basis of the best European models and adapted to our fills and plants.

Work order

The empty bag is pulled out of the stack with the vacuum gripper and moved to an intermediate position where the bag valve is opened and secured by the manipulator.

Robotic bagging robot

In most dry mix plants, one of the most problematic areas is the bagging area of the bagging plant.

At this site, the work is monotonous, takes place in harsh conditions (dust, noise) and yet the productivity of the entire plant depends on this location.

And if there are three or four filling machines running at the same time, it leads to high labor costs and difficulty in maintaining continuous production.

The AAMix NM-1 automatic bagging unit solves this problem and significantly reduces operating costs. At the same time, the stability of the production process is increased, which leads to increased profits.

Work order

They needed a new line to expand their production. On request, we developed the project, worked out the automation and air purification. We then manufactured the equipment and accompanied the project during the installation phase.

Line composition

The input components come from a big-bag rasterizer and a paper bag rasterizer.

The product base and additive are further fed into the mixer, where mixing takes place and the finished product – washing powder – is obtained.

The powder is then sent by augers to a trommel screen with screen beating (powder is prone to clogging and without this option clogs the screen), where lumps and other inclusions are removed. The trommel screen is fully enclosed to prevent dusting.

After that the finished product is packed into big-bags, the screenings from the screen are fed into a separate big-bag.

The line is equipped with a powerful exhaust hood with filtration, which allows to completely prevent dusting during the melt of the initial components.

Such formulations cannot be packed in valve bags due to constant clogging of the filling nozzles, which severely limits the choice of fiber length.

Therefore, they are packaged in open bags.

Previously, the plant had equipment that fed the mixture into a bag and when the desired weight was reached, the bag went further down the line.

Since the metering speed is not very high, the cycle:

1. Put the bag on.
2. Serve the mixture.
3. Take the bag off.

was twice as long as it would have been if the mixture had gone into the bag instantly.

Our FAS-OM2 filling machine eliminates this disadvantage, as the dosing of the material takes place in parallel with the bagging process.

We did a modernization project for Consolite, manufactured and shipped a new unit that doubles the capacity and now only one person can work on the line!

The bags are sewn up automatically.

On the new rig:

1. The mixture is fed into a weight dispenser above the filling station.
2. At this time, the bag is being put on and taken off at the same time.
3. The filled bag is fed to the automatic sewing machine, no second operator is needed.

That is, with the new plant, productivity has doubled, and labor costs have been cut in half.

Putty production line

The following is a typical line composition, however, every plant is unique and for each order we make our own design and calculation. Since we had already done shaft replacement on another mixer, the manufacturer contacted us.

Our engineers took measurements, made a model and drawings. We also improved the shaft design by adding replaceable bushings in the packing gland area, which increases durability.

Then we produced the shaft in-house (we have an oversized lathe specifically for shafts) and shipped it to the customer.

Since their Haver fills had worn out, they ordered replacements from the Chinese branch of this company and wanted to replace them urgently.

We have been working with them for many years, since about 2014. In November 2023, Spatler was asked to design all the hoppers, crossings, gate valves, and aeration for the new baghouses, connect them to the existing line, and add big-bag bagging.

The deadline was tight, we needed the installation at the end of January.

In two months, we made a design based on measurements at the production facility, approved it, manufactured the equipment and made the installation at the end of January 2024.

At the moment, the equipment is operating normally and the company has avoided major losses due to the downtime.

These augers are our pride. Very few companies in the world produce screws of this diameter. We produce them entirely in our factory, production starts with sheet metal cutting and all other cycles are also in our workshops. Motors and gearboxes are made in Russia.

So far, we have only supplied rasterizing, dosing systems, filters and other auxiliary components. We have also done engineering. The main parts of the plant were usually supplied from the USA.

This time we produced and supplied the “heart” of the plant – the mixer (100% Russian components, the production itself starts in our workshops from sheet metal).

Background: This year, an American-made mixer was almost completely worn out at the Chebarkul plant. At the same time with the replacement of the mixer, the customer wanted to increase the production volume, for which it was necessary to install a mixer with an increased volume of 2200 liters in the same workshop. We designed a new frame and all connections – air, vacuum, etc. for the new mixer.

Then we produced 2200 liters mixer – motor power 55KW, belt transmission to the gearbox (saves from jamming), gearbox design for difficult working conditions, can withstand overload and shock loads.

The mixer is used to mix the dry part of Danogyps putty https://www.danogips.ru/katalog/gotovye_shpatlevki_danogips/super_finish and Rothband dry mortars.

The components are supplied to the mixer by a vacuum line, i.e. a rarefied atmosphere is created in the mixer itself. The mixer is equipped with Airlklin Medium filters manufactured by AAMix.

This week our plant engineers completed the installation of the mixer in Chebarkul, performed start-up and adjustment.

Technological sequence of work

One of the important points is what drive is used from motor to the shaft of the mixer. Options are possible:

2. The drive through the coupling

The AAMIX plant in the design of the mixer does not use direct drive, since when directly connecting the drive to the shaft, the vibration from the mixer shaft is directly transmitted to the gearboxes, which leads to increased wear and as a result of the failure.On all mixers, directly the bearings of the mixer shaft, they have a lesser service life than the gearboxes of the gearbox. And with a direct connection of the drive with the initial wear of the bearings of the mixer shaft, increased wear of the gearbox bearings automatically begins.

When connecting through the coupling, we replace only the bearings of the mixer shaft (this work is carried out directly at the work without dismantling equipment). Replacing the gearbox bearings requires its complete dismantling and special equipment. As a rule, such work can only be done in a specialized locksmith workshop.

In the mixers of the production of the Aamix, the gearbox is connected through the coupling, which allows you to remove the vibration loads from the gearbox, respectively, the durability of the work increases.

The motor is connected to the gearbox using a belt transmission, this allows you to maintain the entire drive in service and distribute equal loads on the drive when jaming the mixer.

Direct -drive mixers are usually cheaper and are made faster.

But since the Aamix plant gives a guarantee for its equipment, and also performs post -warranty service, taking into account the above, we definitely do not recommend installing the mixer with direct drive.

In November 2022, we took part in the leading conference on dry construction mixtures – Mixbuild.

For more than 300 representatives of large companies, scientists and technologists, a report was made on how to modernize the automation of the plants of dry construction mixtures with open software.

Twarge mixers

Two shaft at the moment is best produced by the Finnish company Lahti. These are low water mixers, in which the mixture with shovels from the sides is thrown to the center and mixing occurs in the air. Since the speeds are low-about 20-30 rpm (more precisely, we can’t say at the moment) and the shafts rotate towards each other., This mixer gives a small number of vibrations, which allows weight supplies to work with the greatest accuracy.

One shovel mixers

The Germans mainly make spatcoles, since the mixer has one shaft, it creates a large movement of the masses with shovels, which entails a strong side vibration. Plants with such mixers should have a powerful supporting frame. Otherwise, the weight will be subject to strong fluctuations.

Odniciped plowings (lupular) faucets

A lemhah mixer was always made in Italy. Our mixer Aamix Prof inherited the main parameters from the WAM mixer.

At the moment, this is a deeply redesigned mixer for Russian realities, produced since 2008.

Its main plus is the lack of strong fluctuations in comparison with the shovel. Which allows you to install various weight doses.

In our mixer, in addition to the plowing blades, there are two ordinary ones, which remove the mixture from the side walls.

There are no serious differences in the time of mixing and the quality of mixing.

The Aamix mixer works at dozens of production and they produce the entire range of dry mixtures.

For the production of multicomponent mixtures, dela -dimensions are additionally installed. For their installation, it is necessary to remove the shoulder blades in the mixers of any structures, so it is better to order the deplexers in advance, then they will be installed in our production.

In 2022, the geopolitical situation became very aggravated and the issue of import substitution among our customers became a priority.

The Aamix plant updated the proposals on the filter, both in the price segment – reducing the cost and in high -quality.

Smart

Filter Smart (pneumatic cleaning, automation) is installed on intermediate tanks, dispensers, mixers and other plants of factories where the bulk material comes. When the materials are presented in the container, excessive pressure is formed, which goes into the room without a filter and excites it greatly. The filter uses the same cartridges as in large phyrts, so it is easy to serve.

Medium

Aerklin Medium (pneumatic cleaning, automation) also has two modifications: with a filtration area of 24 m²and 12 m². The dimensions are standard for this type of product, a diameter of 800 mm, which allows you to install it on all regular places of fasteners, where foreign analogues previously stood.

Used for installation on silos and other large containers.

Hard

Hard currently has three types, but the Aamix plant does not stop there.  All non -standard filters and filters on an individual order are made in this type. For example, the third type is designed to work with dusty air of high temperatures 250-300 degrees Celsius. In this modification of the filter, in contrast to all other types and types of Aerclin, a filter of bag of fiberglass is installed. This of course greatly lowers the index performance-Gabarit of the filter, but this solution is optimal.

All the Aerklin line filters have a galvanized main case made of steel 2 mm thick and steel lids covered with powder color. This solution slightly increases their weight compared to competitors, but it gives good protection both from weather and from external mechanical damage. It is not uncommon to find filters on silos with puffy and pressed buildings. All internal elements also passed sandblasting and powder coloring.

Filter cleaning occurs in a built -in purge system with compressed air. It is carried out cyclically or forcibly an external source of the electrical signal. In the filter control panel, all parameters are adjustable and there is a digital screen. By default, power is 24 a direct current, but it is possible to replace this parameter with 220 volts of alternating current when ordering.  We recommend this only in case of emergency, since it is better to provide a low -voltage connection for employees’ safety, especially if the filter is installed at a height.

In the modifications of hard, it is possible to use the vibrational method of cleaning by installing a low -power vibrator on the supporting platform of cartridges.

Large receivers of compressed air on the medium and Hard are equipped with cranes of condensate discharge. At least once a month it is necessary to open them and drain the accumulated moisture.

At the moment, the Aamix plant can produce up to 50 filters per month and can quickly increase the capacity to a large amount. Constantly in the warehouse there are Aerklin Smart 2 and Medium 2, all spare parts for filters. This allows us to see in our person a reliable supplier and assistant to solve your problems.

One of our packages,Fas-km3 euro, analogue of Haver & Boecker, was originally made as a copy of the German classical package, only with Russian automation and spare parts.

Over more than 20 years of work, we have developed two typical solutions for high -quality and accurate dutation of additives. These two options are designed for the different accuracy of the dosage. This is due to the accuracy of weight modules and tensodists.

The main problem in the dosage of additives in volumes from 100 grams per batch and above is that most systems cannot accurately transfer the right weight to the mixer. The additives can be fibrous, slightly sticky, uneven payment (with lumps).

We entered into a major contract with the company “Sands of the Urals” for the construction of a plant in Nizhny Tagil with a capacity of up to 300 tons of dry mixtures per shift.

This is a full -cycle plant – with drying of sand, using a large number of components, packing in bags and beig -bugs.

To finance the project, our client, a European leasing company working in Russia was chosen –“Siemen Finance”.

A thorough verification of our plant was carried out – financial indicators, the ability to produce competitive and profitable equipment, and the reliability of the company in the future support for the project.

Prior to this, we had already worked with Russian leasing companies (for example, the penultimate project was funded by the Ural Leasing company) and many documents and indicators were ready in advance.

Therefore, we passed the check within a month and after that a tripartite contract was concluded.

The largest bentonite clay manufacturer in Russia, in the winter of 2020, turned to the Aamix factory with a request to test our fas-km3 packing for packing clay powder. This package is an analogue of the German packs Haver & Boeker, completely pneumatic, made in Russian automation and Italian pneumatics.

How did the process of tests and design occur

Having received the product, we conducted tests of packing with bentonite clay at our factory.  To do this, we installed a bunker over it, organized the supply of clay and fashed in test parties in working mode. And we and the customer were satisfied with the accuracy and speed of packing.

After that, we signed a preliminary contract and made a full project of the plant. As usual, with an accuracy of millimeters, we enter the plant into the building (existing or future), calculate all loads, air, electricity, prepare all imported components for the order (see below).

Further, the customer with the project and calculating the cost of the plant contacted the Uralsing leasing company in Yekaterinburg. After passing all the checks, we entered into a contract and began production.

Description of the plant

• The factory faces products in valve bags and in Big run.
• Bentonite clay arrives in the Big Bigs from the quarry.

• In the mixer, clay is mixed with additives and transmitted to the packing.

Production and installation

Production took 3 months and included the production of a frame, mixer, melting, microdes, packaging, drum of sand drying, bunkers, etc. There were also ordered – a burner for the drum, a screw.

Separately, a program has been made to manage all the factory with the withdrawal of all information to the industrial touch panel. From it, all the nodes of the plant are managed. Also, each node has independent control.

Each part of the plant was mounted in production and checked in the work so that during installation there are no extra costs for launch and commissioning.

The uniqueness of the request was that the Bogradsky GOK (enterprise in Abakan) did not have the opportunity to use gas as fuel, but there was a lot of cheap and good coal. Therefore, the request was for the production of a drum with a coal burner.

When studying the issue, the designers of our plant studied different types of burners, such as American and Chinese, which work on crushed coal. The main obstacles to their use were that they required grinding of coal into dust, it is very moody to working conditions and during their work there is dust that can settle on the sand, a little (predict how much you can put the experiments) changing its composition.

Therefore, we settled on standard and reliable fireboxes that are produced in Russia.

However, there was also an obstacle in the fact that these furnaces are intended for water boilers and manufacturers, although they make high -quality and reliable furnaces, while quite difficult to communicate and modernize, do not give full drawings, etc. Therefore, our designers flew to the Chelyabinsk region, to the manufacturer, studied the furnaces and their work on the spot, and then created a drying drum on the basis of these furnaces, which works with a standard and reliable firebox.
